The Paris Cookbook Fair is proud to announce its partnership with Gault & Millau, the legendary guides and magazines which changed the history of gastronomy.
Anne Willan and her husband Marc Cherniansky are coming from California for Paris Cookbook Fair. She is the founder of the prestigious École de Cuisine La Varenne, which operated in Burgundy at her Chateau du Fey from 1997 until 2007, and expanded into the US at the Greenbrier.

From the Egg to the Pyramid of Cookbooks
The next World Festival of Wine and Food Television WFWF-TV will take place under the Pyramid at Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.
US Food and wine Publishers, chefs and authors will be the Guests of Honor at the next Paris Cookbook Fair, Friday to Sunday, February 22-24, 2013.
Michel Roth, one of the world's most decorated chefs (he has been awarded the Prix Taittinger, the Prix Escoffier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the Bocuse d'Or, and two Michelin stars for the Ritz's L'Espadon restaurant) will present his book Ritz Paris
Where do you eat best in France? In Brittany, with fresh fish from the Atlantic? On the Riviera, with colorful vegetables? Or in the southwest, the home of truffles and goose liver, of Bordeaux and Armagnac, where potatoes are pan-fried in goose-fat?
